- 14 ounces beef broth or use 3 1/2 cups homemade beef stock
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes subsequent to juice petite
- 15 ounces pinto beans
- juice
- avocado diced
- cheddar cheese grated, I used Mexican Cheese fusion from Costco which is a lower fat cheese mixture
- corn chips for the kids, but not for South Beach dieters
- critical cream use lighthearted acid mordant cream for South Beach diet
- chopped lively cilantro
